D&D Freight LLC ("D&D Freight," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website (the "Site") to provide freight dispatch services to owner-operators, fleets, and brokers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, request dispatch services, or subscribe to our email or SMS updates, how we use that information, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect information in the following ways:

• Information you submit directly. When you fill out our contact or dispatch request form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, equipment type, and any message you provide.
• Email newsletter sign-up. If you opt in to receive dispatch updates, load-market tips, or company news, we collect your name and email address for that purpose.
• SMS/text opt-in. If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we collect your mobile phone number and, where provided, your name, and we keep a record that consent was given (including the date, method, and language of the opt-in).

4. Email Marketing and Mailchimp

We use Mailchimp, a third-party email marketing platform operated by The Rocket Science Group LLC, to send newsletters and marketing emails to subscribers who opt in through our Site. When you subscribe, the information you provide (such as your name and email address) is transferred to and stored by Mailchimp on our behalf.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect operational messages related to an active dispatch or load, such as rate confirmations or check-call updates.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Program

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in through a form on our Site, you consent to receive text messages from D&D Freight LLC, which may include dispatch and load updates, appointment or check-in reminders, and occasional marketing messages about our services. This may be facilitated through Mailchimp's SMS features or a similar third-party texting platform.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. Opting in to text messages is never required to use our dispatch services or to do business with us.
• Message frequency varies depending on your activity and the type of updates you sign up for.
• Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. D&D Freight LLC is not responsible for carrier charges.
• Opting out. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us, or by contacting us using the information in Section 13 below. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming your removal.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly.
• We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties for unrelated marketing.

Email and SMS subscriber information, including opt-in consent records, is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, after which it is removed from our active mailing or texting list within a reasonable period.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of it.
